The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) South East Zone, in partnership with Igbo Ebinie PLC and Hand of God Construction Company, has officially signed a landmark agreement to construct 100,000 housing units across the South East.Crucially, 50,000 of these units will be built right here in Enugu, fully coordinated and controlled by the Enugu State Geographic Information System (ENGIS).
