Unpopular opinion but Miguna Miguna is the only person capable to lead the jailing and recovery of every single cent, land etc stolen by the home guards since independence. Imagine Uhuru and Raila teamed up to kick him out of Kenya for his revolutionary ideas. Why were they so afraid of him?
@HonMosiria I always revert to one policy example. Mzee Kibaki removed tax from boda bodas and alas, millions of young men self employed. No handouts, no PR, just good old positive leadership. Borrow a leaf sir....
@HonMosiria Mhesh, while we commend you for this genuine service, please note that handouts (including using your position to secure a job for a single individual) don't solve anything. Policy is where the meat is. Because how many other idle guys did you leave at the park?
@ItsMutai No one is buying that tribal rhetoric that you and your ilk have been trying to sell lately. And if if this country ever experiences war again, it will be against those stealing from Kenyans. Irrespective of tribe.
@Kaikainaipaa This thing called injustice..... It's never right to celebrate it, even on your worst enemy. Because you see the tables, they trully and surely do turn.
@RobertAlai@RobertAlai unakuanga na akili ingine ama ni hiyo tu? Genuine question by the way, because I cannot believe this is the thought process of a leader in Nairobi.
Kaongo has decided to stoke anarchy by use of the disciplined forces so he can justify suspending the constitution. Leaving Kenyans in a very tight corner. You fight the DCI, youre dead. You let them abduct your folks, they're dead. Damned if you do and damned if you dont.
Mahali things are headed DCI watakua wanakuja na hizo gari zao Kenyans wanazichoma kama nduthi za wezi. Them choosing to be used for political gain will definitely have consequences
Today the lawyers at Milimani made my day. Appearing before Hon Asiago in Milimani was a lady who was being sued for an unpaid debt. As a judgment debtor, she couldn't raise the amount. Apparently, she is a housemaid earning 5k and has a baby (she had the baby in court). The magistrate's hands were tied, and he explained to her that he only had one option in law, to send her to jail.
Something beautiful then happened. An advocate called Omuga interjected and offered to settle the JDs deretal amount, after him came another, and another... The magistrate also contributed.
In about 5 minutes, the Decree holder's advocate was MPESAd his money, the JD received the balance and case was closed.
My faith in humanity was restored.
@EtalePhilip Bwana @EtalePhilip ,please delete this. As a rational thinking adult, you know everything you've said above is senseless. The statement by ODM was as best as could be put.
