Okay, let me answer my own question 😂
Learning, building, creating, reading, designing…
And making time for The Nun, Spider-Man and Minions because balance is important.
Let’s see how much I get done this week.
Then make it easy enough to repeat.
Because the goal isn’t to have one incredibly productive day.
It’s to create something that helps you keep showing up.
Goals give you direction. Systems give you momentum.
That’s the idea I’m taking away from Atomic Habits ✨
Part 2: Now, let’s talk about making these systems actually work.
Because a system can look perfect on paper and still fail if it doesn’t fit your real life.
Let’s continue 😌✨
Another thing you can try is connecting a new habit to something you already do.
After [CURRENT HABIT], I’ll [NEW HABIT].
After breakfast → practise Python.
After brushing my teeth → read 5 pages.
Your existing routine becomes your reminder.
Now try this with ONE goal you’ve been putting off.
Don’t write another to-do list.
Build a system.
Ask yourself:
What will I do?
When will I do it?
Where will I do it?
What existing habit can I connect it to?

Your existing routine becomes your reminder.
You can have the clearest goal in the world and still fail to make progress.
Because goals tell you where you want to go. Systems determine what you actually do every day.
This idea from Atomic Habits has been sitting with me, so let's talk about it. 🧵
You don't rise to the level of your goals.
You fall to the level of your systems.
Because having a goal is one thing. Building a system that makes progress almost inevitable is another.

Why does this help?
Because you’ve given yourself a clear cue.
You’re no longer asking yourself every day:
“When should I do this?”
You’ve already made that decision.
Less negotiating with yourself = fewer chances to put it off.
You don't rise to the level of your goals.
You fall to the level of your systems.

No school today.
Woke up to almost-afternoon sunshine, no worries, no rush.
Just me, my bed and a very peaceful public holiday.
Time to start the day. 😌
We all know 120/80… but do you actually know what those numbers mean? 👀🩺
Let’s talk blood pressure, what those numbers mean, and how to keep it healthy.
