The state of the world is disheartening and I confess I sometimes think about 1 - 3, but then I ask myself: "What would you do if you stopped writing?" and realize I'd still write; I can't help but write/think of stories - even if no one reads them.

@rickygervais Woof Ave Rescue definitely isn't having the day they deserve. Tomorrow makes 14 days left before being evicted from their building. There are still too many animals that need to be adopted, fostered, or taken to another rescue. They don't deserve this stress and sorrow.
