Worst @AmericanAir experience. Traveling for over 24 hrs. Flight from Cancun delayed 2 hrs. Subsequently making us miss our connecting flight to ATL. Got stuck in MIA for a night. Now sitting on the plane for 2 hrs waiting depart! We were supposed to leave at 1:47..it’s 3:37...

@spgassist @StarwoodBuzz @WestinTampaBay Normal hotel policy is to pay an amount for incidentals. Then upon check out pay the balance of your room. This property has tried to charge my card more than 10 times during my stay and I have yet to check out. The hotel manager locked us

For our troubles @WestinTampaBay they offered continental breakfast... oh but then they said no one could ‘man it ‘ for 4 hours... who would eat this! Let alone feed It to their kids ? @spgassist @StarwoodBuzz

Do not stay at @WestinTampaBay the property is disgusting. The staff is racist and incompetent. @StarwoodBuzz @spgassist needs to remove this property from the brand. HORRIBLE BRAND REPRESENTATION
