Vickrum Digwa stabbed 18-year-old Henry Nowak five times as he walked home in Southampton.
He claimed racial abuse. A jury rejected it and jailed him for life with a 21-year minimum. Now he’s been given permission to appeal — saying the sentence is too harsh.
The Attorney General is appealing too, arguing it’s too soft.
