In the early days, the Sharingan was perfect. It copied jutsu and tracked movements. It had limits.

Then came Kamui, Amaterasu, and Susanoo. Suddenly, having an Uchiha bloodline meant you had an invincible mech-suit and literal spatial manipulation.

Look at the Rinnegan. Jiraiya died learning its secrets. Pain destroyed an entire village with it. It felt divine.

But by the War Arc, Madara and Sasuke are using Rinnegan abilities like simple parlor tricks while spamming Perfect Susanoo. The cosmic god eyes became a secondary accessory.
Kishimoto wrote himself into a corner by making Uchiha ocular jutsu too versatile. It turned a tactical show about hand signs and strategy into a battle of giant glowing avatars.

Did the Sharingan ruin the series power scaling? It made hard work, complex elemental combinations, and forbidden mastery look utterly insignificant compared to Uchiha genetics.

• Squad Zero releasing their full power was enough to shake the Three Worlds, yet Ichigo eclipses them in power by the end + BLOOD CHAINS
• The Soul King’s death starts causing those Three Worlds to collapse + Ichigo is a SOUL KING candidate
• Yhwach absorbs the Soul King and becomes the being holding that entire cosmological balance

Ichigo can still damage and eventually kill that version of Yhwach and he was afraid of his TRUE Bankai.

The Naruto verse is insanely strong But BLEACH’S top-end scaling is just operating on a different level.
