As per my contract, I have to sit in the office for a day (only one this year!). The problem is, I don’t actually have any admin things to do because my role isn’t in admin.

So, my “work day” today consists of watching LOTR, reading, and making D&D characters to pass the time

Good thing I can drive, because every single merseyrail train that I would be getting is cancelled.
What an absolute palaver this con has been…and I’ve not even left the house.

My group’s Liverpool comic-con journey has been a comedy of errors and it isn’t even con day.
1. Person A couldn’t get time off work
2. Person B forgot to book tickets and by the time they realised they were sold out
3. Person C is in work til 7am tomorrow morning and isn’t local

So is finishing work at 7am, getting 3-4h sleep and then driving over for the con
4. Person D’s trains have all been cancelled (thanks weather), so they’re finding alternative transport

Not to mention the fact that everyone (bar me) had costume issues so have had to change plans

Just wanted to do some Tera battles with the BF but apparently my game won’t let me. I haven’t attacked in more than two minutes because the game won’t let me. The battle is apparently over.
The fact this is still a thing all this time after release is a fucking joke.
