Green hydrogen, on the other hand, is hydrogen that is derived from the electrolysis of water via #renewable sources of energy. This provides us with a #sustainable & clean energy source, and completely eliminates the dependence on hydrocarbons and fossil fuels.
This comes on the back of multiple schemes to push for the usage of #GreenHydrogen in India, including the setting up of the National Green Hydrogen Mission last year. Could Green Hydrogen be the key to push India towards #EnergyIndependence by 2047?

While both green and #BlueHydrogen comes from the extraction of hydrogen from water via electrolysis, the process for blue hydrogen involves #hydrocarbons and non-renewable sources of energy, thus does not reduce energy dependence on #fossilfuels.
At Envint, we use our proprietary desk-based ecosystem screening tool #MapSense which has wetlands as a key receptor. The tool has pan-India coverage across 10+ E&S receptors and a 48-hour TAT for any size or area. This makes the screening process #quick#scalable#customizable
Happy Wetlands Day!
Originally signed by 7 countries, 172 countries are signatories to the Ramsar Convention, which protects wetlands by calling for national action and international cooperation regarding their conservation.

Wetlands serve as a natural defence against floods and storms. They play a crucial role as habitats for diverse wildlife, act as water purifiers, mitigate pollution, and enhance groundwater quality. They sequester more carbon than all of Earth's forests combined.
Research has shown that diverse teams have consistently outperformed homogeneous teams. A diverse team leads to cognitive diversity, and cognitive diversity increases innovation.
