The Earth recently hit a full one degree of average global temperature rise (in the 2010s) after 250 years of industrial emissions.
The next half a degree of warming will be so fast (in the 2020s) that many of the Earth's major ecosystems will be wrecked.https://t.co/aRxiJd3TlH
Industrial waste can be used to turn planet-warming carbon dioxide into stone. Mineral carbonation is a very interesting carbon storage or utilization strategy. Comes with challenges, but promising. https://t.co/aydk7e4NMm #carboncapture#climatechange#mineralcarbonation#NETs
Robotics & fishing nets: what do they have in common?
Thanks to an underwater robot, fishers from Valinco 🇫🇷 were able to recover lost fishing nets, with positive impact on marine environment and for the fishers.

Its good to have a green thumb (also to help with possible food shortages), we can use seeds from fruits and vegetables to make our own gardens. I had some green onions that were going bad so I just put them in some dirt and now they are growing! 😊
Mind your waste please, for the sake of the planet we all share. Even just one fishing hook or line, try your best to avoid contributing to the mass pollution.
