We get to choose to hold tight to what God thinks about us and let go of what others say.
“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10
I’m not sure what steps of obedience God is calling you to take. But let me encourage you to keep going. Keep trusting. Keep taking step after obedient step.
We don’t have to understand the why of God’s ways. But we do need to keep choosing to follow them.
7 steps to prayer that bring results: 1. Prayer must be based on God’s WORD, 2. Begin the application of faith, 3. Refuse to allow doubt or fear to enter your mind, 4. See yourself succeeding, 5. Testify The WORD, 6. Get involved in helping others, 7. Get on the giving end. ✅
Take a deep breath, sweet friend. Let it out slowly. And remind your heart that you can release control to the One in control of it all.
He is mighty. He is loving. He is able. And nothing is going to take God by surprise.
Take heart, friend. There is the physical reality we see, but at the same time, there's also the miraculous God is working.
Even if we can't see the miraculous. Even if we can't see the good. Good is still being worked out.
God does some of His best work in the unseen.

God has said that His thoughts and ours are not the same. The people and experiences we encounter easily influence our thoughts. If we are to think God's thoughts after Him, then we must engage in disciplined study of those thoughts.
Every time we treat someone with dignity rather than shame, respect rather than disregard, concern rather than exploitation, kindness rather than brutality and careful attention rather than turning away – we are doing things that are the reverse of trauma and evil.
May the love of Jesus fill you this day in your worship, your preaching, your hearing & receiving, your serving, your grieving, your hosting, your feasting, your praying, your yearning, your waiting, your turning, your crying, your laughing, your having & lacking. He is with you.
@stigma_hope @DianeLangberg Sometimes being alone and self empowering is part of the healing for a time . I think the key is to Not isolate. In our journey of healing, our strength and discernment comes from our Higher Power as we learn to trust. We also have to learn to trust ourself.
