Hi @drewlevin I am from São Paulo. A couple of months ago, I traveled and logged into my account from colleagues' computers in Paraná (759 km away). After logging in from those computers over the course of a few days, I was permanently banned for rank manipulation.

I submitted proof via support tickets showing I was in Paraná (such as toll receipts, restaurant payments, and even bus tickets), provided the IP address I was using, and so on; however, I consistently received the same response upholding the ban without any explanation.
