@TTChelps They aren't though. How do you plan to remedy the situation. What exactly are the price hikes covering. How many extras thousands of $$ does the latest hike bring in? How much would one attendant working part time during rush hour cost. What are the TTC doing for its customers.

@TTChelps There's nobody there to encourage anybody. A small sign hidden away where nobody notices is not encouragement. You could put someone there for 4 hours a day and problem solved. People ignore stancheons. Can we realistically expect the ttc to address this. It's infuriating.

@TTChelps Suggest you put someone there for rush hour. Plenty of people in bibs standing around to provide info, when a sign could do the same job. If you pull one of them away and they help organise line ups it's more proactive. Reporting it to the police isn't preventative.
