Indeed, only a circuit around the ASD repair. A first lesion in the critical isthmus between the SVC and the ASD repair terminated it. Finally, some further ablation to consolidate and confirm block. @EpCardiac #EPeeps

Just replying to @pjsm83, this technique is not a bail-out one and is intended for those centres with a lower experience on epicardial access, as it aims to reduce complications.
