The Tower of Terror’s banana box and luminous hands radium clock are just two of a thousand tiny ways Disney’s imagineers absolutely nailed the storytelling in the queue of this attraction. THIS is the level of detail we need.
SUMMER isn’t just some old Disney LP. It’s early Disneyland Records at its best: music, design, atmosphere, and worldbuilding all working together. It’s also a lovely example of how Camarata helped define the Disney sound.
Grateful to Joshua for restoring it.
Now available in our Centorium souvenir shop, NEW WORLD ICONS features over 35 of Future World's logos and symbols accurately vectorized for both dark and light backgrounds!

Another prime example of Christine Kebbler's, genius as a graphic designer. Several years after my initial observation, I'm still stunned by how much these 1982 signs look like oversized iPhones with pavilion app icons.
While most would think this piece of rarely seen concept art by Tom Gilleon is unremarkable, there is much to love about its simplicity in depicting the streamlined elegance of Future World's wayfinding signage, which includes the original logo for CENTURY 3 (aka HORIZONS)!
In stark contrast to all the AI detractors, these new tools can help breathe new life into the images of our past, as in this colorization of an iconic B&W photo of Cinderella Castle in all its 1974 glory as it towers over the spartan foliage of a young Magic Kingdom.
When Walt built Disneyland, I don’t think that he had any idea what the park would mean to us decades later. How nostalgia itself would become an attraction, the very reason we go to the Disney parks.
It’s the museum of our childhood.
For many Disney fans, the original Journey Into Imagination wasn't just a ride... it was the heart and soul of EPCOT.
Join Dreamfinder and Figment on one of Disney's most beloved extinct attractions, now restored and upscaled to 4K.
