Our cooking night was a BIG success!!
We used the ingredients of Fonseca to cook Taiwanese dishes. The outstanding one is the watermelon rind stew pork. Did you know that even the watermelon rind is eatable? Don't waste any part of food!

The Filtration Team is using this beaker apparatus in the ABE lab! They us white filters (shown on the right) to measure pre and post weight after testing in order to test for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in their river water! @EPICSPurdue
