Ainsley delivered a workshop on ‘supporting children showing signs of anxiety’ at
@ForehillPrimary wellbeing event for parents. It was a great evening and was very well attended by staff and parents.
After our basic needs have been met, we need resources in the following four areas: bonding, mastery, meaning and skills. The Resilience Ball framework developed by @CathLowther (2022) explores how we deal with challenges.
