NO!!! Welding caused a change in grain size and/or an inadequate bolt grade; "Improper heat treatment and some service conditions can embrittle the steel, leaving the bolts susceptible to failure under low strain/bending loading or impact" (SMRP)

@WorldlyHQ The first video appears to show an anchor bolt with a J-shaped termination. Judging by its large size, it will likely be used for high-power machines. J-shaped terminations are not recommended by the EFRC (European Forum for Reciprocating Compressors).
When anchor bolts loosen, corrode, or fail to develop adequate load, the result is loss of machine stability, rising vibration levels, and accelerated wear on bearings and seals.
Precision Fastening: The Role of Chemical Anchoring in Structural Integrity - Alphatec Engineering.
Anchor bolt failure is one of the more common and more preventable, causes of machinery foundation problems in heavy industrial facilities.
Much of the working development length of the anchorage is hidden from view due to embedment into building construction materials,... https://t.co/SPD4fvIbtK
Loose anchor bolts. Recurring misalignment. Excessive vibration. Structural engineers at SGH Ltd (https://t.co/1fFhEH8Inr) have identified these as classic symptoms of machine foundation deterioration.
