Katie Kudla (class of 2024) presented her research on mapping star formation histories in nearby galaxies at the Big East Research Symposium last weekend in New York. Katie earned an honorable mention at the awards ceremony for her work. Congratulations Katie!
Jeffery Phan (class of 2025) presented his research about Jupiter’s moon Europa at the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference in Houston TX. Jeffery worked with Professor Noah Hammond last summer on this NASA funded project.
Katie Kudla '24, a physics major and dance minor, was selected to attend the 73rd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Lindau, Germany, in June 2024, after a competitive, multi-stage application and nomination process.
