At EPS we commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

In June I was honoured to meet World War II veteran John Sleep in Normandy as we commemorated D-Day. Today, I met him again.
He held a cross engraved with 'peace' which he'll lay in Leudal, Holland, for those from all nations who died in the Second World War. #RemembranceSunday
It's ok to feel unstable. It's ok to disassociate. It's ok to hide from the world. It's ok to need help. It's okay to not be ok. Your mental illness is not a personal failure.

We were at Mereside Park on Friday following some project work based on parks in Blackpool. The young people took part in a piece of work which will hopefully go on display at Stanley park
