I agree.
This is why I wish men would show more kindness to their fellow men, just like they do to women, even without knowing those women.
If more men helped raise other men, it would be better because they would also be helping their dependents. Helping men transcends more, than just helping women.
Men are providers and think of their dependents before themselves. By helping a man, you are indirectly helping a woman too. But most women are selfish and selfcentered.
I am a woman, and I said what I said.
Men, please, help men 🙏
At this point of my life, Any job that will take my wife away from the house 5times a week in this uk 🇬🇧 , when we still have little children, heaven knows that I won’t approve of it.
Call me anything you want to call me.
Even me that I’m meant to provide and lead the house, I don’t do 5days a week job….
I have refused some nice jobs based on distance…
My wife has always told me that she will never let me take any job that will take me far away from her..
So even if I get the job, I must find a way to take her along…
When the kids are more independent and can be left alone, all of us will chase career.
And if we can’t, we accept that as our fate.. since it’s our choice to have kids.
But asking your husband to stay at home with the kids while you accept a 44hours per week job is bizarre …
Especially when you are only supporting with kids and not the breadwinner???
A lot of you lied that you left Nigeria because of your children, but in reality, you left because of your selfish reasons.
I see a lot of married women in the uk, picking extra shift up and down, entering unnecessary competitions with their friends and sometime their husbands…buying gold, hairs, clothes that they wear once a year, and I ask myself to what end?
“I want to be independent”
From your husband?
LMAO 🤣
A woman loses her cool at a funeral in Imo state as gender imbalance in mortality rate rocks Ala Igbo.
According to the beautiful womans data: 8 out of 10 obituaries in the southeast are men due to prevailing financial burdens and domestic toxicity they have to deal with a daily, often caused by their wives.
Enough already someone has to speak up,thank you Ada Imo.
Woman Raises Concern Over High Number of Men Dying, Blames Marital Stress and Lack of Support From Wives
“To all the men at this burial ground, if you observe the obitu@ry posters around us, you will notice that out of every 10 people who have di£d, about 8 are men and only 2 are women. This is a big problem in our society, and it needs to be addressed.”
— A woman speaks out at a man’s burial, expressing concern over the number of men dying in society.
She further argues that some men are going through so much stress because of the challenges they face in their marriages, which she says are sometimes caused by their wives. She urged women to support their husbands rather than contribute to their suffering.
The woman also claimed that not all men d!e because it is their time, alleging that stress contributes to many de@ths. She warned that some women wish to become widows so they can engage in extramarital affairs, while others cheat on their husbands without considering the possible consequences.
I will never understand why women need financial empowerment if she doesn’t need to contribute financially to the smallest unit of the society, her family.
Why then are we fighting for financial independence for women if they won’t affect their society through their homes?
These are a few things I wish someone had told me before marriage…
1. Look at the mother.
Is she kind, tolerant, and accepting of your relationship with her child? If she is late, take it upon yourself or send people to find out how she lived and related with others. The way a person is raised can tell you a lot about them, even though it doesn't determine everything about who they become.
2. Do you share the same faith, values, and dreams?
If he cannot see or understand where you're going in life, he may struggle to support you on the journey. You don't have to have identical dreams, but you need shared values, mutual respect, and a willingness to support each other's growth.
3. Pay attention to how he treats people, especially those he considers beneath him.
How does he treat the house help, the gateman, the waiter, or people he believes have nothing to offer him? Don't just watch how he treats you when he's trying to win your heart. Watch how he treats people he thinks he doesn't need. That will tell you a lot about his character.
4. How does he handle conflict?
Pay attention to how he speaks and reacts when he's angry or things don't go his way. You need to know how he handles disagreements, disappointment, and frustration.
Please, don't deliberately provoke him just to test his temper. Life will naturally present enough disagreements for you to observe how he handles them.
5. Does he speak your love language?
Or, at the very least, does he make visible efforts to understand what makes you feel loved? Nobody is a mind reader, but someone who genuinely cares should be willing to listen, learn, and make an effort to love you in ways that matter to you.
6. Are you compatible in terms of social and financial class?
I believe marriage should improve your life, not diminish it. No one should have to sacrifice their dignity, comfort, or hard-earned progress just to prove that love is enough. Discuss your expectations, financial habits, lifestyle, and ambitions before committing.
For me, if marriage cannot make your life better in some meaningful way, it shouldn't make it worse.
7. Lastly, stay away from men with only sisters. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
😂😂😂 Don't ask me anything. I said what I said!

Lady who moved to the UK with her husband their two children recount how she had to move back to Nigeria with their kids after she started having problems with her working despite contributing financially to his school fees and house upkeep
I will always place our japa potentials over love and that’s me being honest
Before I’ll go and end up with two kids in Obajana because of a man that can’t start afresh abroad
Don’t abuse me ooo, I’m an old man oo 🌚 but I won’t call you Doctor for earning a Pharm D, if it’s not MBBS/BDS/DVM/PhD, count me out, you are Mr or Ms.
If you want the Doctor title go to Medical school or go do a PhD.
“Why are doctors leaving for overseas? We need them here. What can we do so they stay at home? It is deeply disappointing that, after taking the oath, people still choose not to serve here.” -Tinubu.
Pharoah is asking why people he enslaves want to leave. https://t.co/ZcRqAmruHq
You can pass out while lifting weights, even if you look perfectly healthy!
This is called Valsalva-induced syncope, a temporary loss of consciousness that can occur during intense weightlifting.
Here’s how it happens:
When lifting a heavy weight, people often hold their breath and strain hard. This is called the Valsalva manoeuvre. It increases pressure inside the chest, reducing the amount of blood returning to the heart. Consequently, the heart pumps less blood to the brain, causing a temporary drop in blood supply. The person may suddenly collapse.
How can you prevent it?
1. Never hold your breath while lifting. Breathe out as you push or lift, and breathe in as you lower the weight.
2. Avoid lifting weights that are too heavy for your ability.
3. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or lightheaded.
4. Stay hydrated and avoid overexertion.
Remember: Your brain needs constant blood flow. Breathe properly while lifting weights
Yesterday, Stone was enjoying life and sharing videos. Today, he is gone. 💔 Another life lost, reminding us how fragile life can be.
To every bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast: DON'T ABUSE STEROIDS. Don't push your heart beyond its limits just to look bigger or impress people.
Drink enough water to prevent dehydration, rest properly, avoid overtraining, and get regular medical checkups. Listen to your body.
Who are you trying to impress if you end up losing your life? No amount of muscles is worth your health. Train smart. Protect your heart. Your life matters more than your physique.
May Stone rest in peace. 🕊️
@7footre@EzeasorIje So far... that is not what the data is showing us. Reserves have been rising, the naira has remained relatively stable and JPMorgan is even moving to establish a banking presence in Nigeria in the middle of all this. Are they not seeing the data?
@7footre@EzeasorIje We are not at that point right now. Foreign investors pulling out does not automatically mean the rug will leave our feet now. The situation would become much more risky if those exits started pushing fx reserves down quickly and weakening the naira. But that's not the case
One of the sickest trends I saw in as when people were posting their moms talking about how marriage killed her dreams
Like they genuinely thought their father craved the miserable provider life he was conscripted to
