The 12th High-Level Dialogue on Democracy, Governance and HumanRights in Africa was
officially opened today @_AfricanUnion under the theme: Delivering #PeaceDividends through
the @AfCFTA Implementation. I delivered a keynote address to the participants of this year’s HLD, mostly
youths, concerning Democratic Governance, Peace, security and Development.
In 2050, 40% of global youth will be living in Africa. The future of Democratic Development rests on our youth. I urge the African Youth to Earn it. @AUC_PAPS @AGA_Platform
