What is currently being sold across our continent as "tradition" and "family values" isn’t African at all. It is a manufactured, foreign-funded export designed and deployed by Western ultra-conservative networks to gain political and social control, all while putting real LGBTQ+ people's lives at risk.

The data and the paper trail don't lie:

The Funding: Between 2007 and 2020 alone, US evangelicals invested over $54 Million in Africa to build an infrastructure of anti-LGBTQ+ litigation, conferences, and political influence.

The Playbook: We saw it in Uganda in 2023 when a manufactured supermajority passed the AHA, the culmination of decades of foreign-seeded agendas.

The Current Frontline: We are watching it right now in Ghana, where the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill was passed by just 32 out of 276 MPs, ignoring due process, questioning quorum, threatening HIV healthcare access, and completely locking out African community voices.
