Wonderful masterpiece! Students are children and when our institutions work on the idea of AGISM (you only listen to older people because their decisions matter a lot), they end up dismissing and creating fear upon students. Children have personal autonomy and should be respected.

@NationAfrica We need to break this cycle of period shaming. BTW, it's shouldn't be called SANITARY (what are we sanitizing?) pads. Vigina isn't dirty to sanitize. That's a natural process and it's healthy. Call them Tamppons or pads.

Whe parents start parenting their children as equal, all these mess will end. The current fire crises in our education institutions has deep roots in the family set up and the protest geos around. Our institutions should reform and stop blaming individuals that took unnecessary act.

@georgediano A marriage based on survival is bad. Companion is good and if couples meet on the latter, it will work out whatever the circumstances I.e single or with children. Co. Companionship is the pill against frustration.

@NdindiNyoro "we are African and Africa is our business" is very retrogressive statement. Why not say " and the World(instead of Africa) is our Business". Isn't that inclusive?
