This name includes me!
Because the future we’re building has room for all of us.
Who we are now and the work we do, reflect the people we serve, the communities we stand beside, and the Jamaica we continue to fight for. A future rooted in equity, visibility, and justice, where belonging isn’t something you have to earn.
The identity and work has expanded, but the mission remains the same: creating a society where every Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and gender nonconforming person can live with dignity, safety, and respect.
Beyond the name is a bigger vision, and everyone belongs in it. 🌈✨

Belonging should never come with conditions.
At Equality for All Foundation, we believe that identity is not a barrier to access, respect, or safety. Every Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and gender nonconforming person, alongside allies and loved ones, deserves to exist, thrive, and belong without explanation.
As we embrace the name EFAF, we carry forward the same mission that has always guided us: building a Jamaica where dignity, acceptance, and equality are for everyone.
Belonging is not conditional. It’s a right. 🌈✨
#EqualityForAllFoundation #BeyondTheName #SameFightBiggerVision
This is what it sounds like when a name becomes belonging.
Equality For All Foundation is more than a title, it is a space shaped by the voices of the people it serves. From first connection to lasting impact, community members share what it means to be seen, supported, and affirmed without having to explain who they are.
“Before, I didn’t know if the space was for me.”, “Now I don’t have to explain myself.”,
“Inclusion changes lives.”
Because inclusion isn’t an idea - it’s an experience.

Belonging without explanation.
Identity is not a barrier to access, respect, or safety. Whether lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, gender nonconforming, or an ally, everyone deserves dignity, care, and recognition without having to justify who they are.
Because belonging is not something you earn. It is not conditional. It is a right.
Belonging is not conditional.

Communities evolve. So must the work.
What began as a focused response to one set of challenges has grown into a broader commitment to the people we serve. Today, our work spans policy and legislative advocacy, social services, research and analysis, service provider training, public awareness campaigns, community participation, wellness advocacy, and holistic support.
This expansion is not about doing more for the sake of it. It is about responding to the realities our communities face and ensuring that no one is left behind.
As needs grow, responsibility grows with them. Our mission remains rooted in human rights, dignity, wellness, and empowerment - now with a wider lens and a deeper commitment to future generations.
#EqualityForAllFoundation #BeyondTheName #SameFightBiggerVision
Inclusion isn’t symbolic. It’s operational.
That’s why our name now reflects the full scope of our mission. The transition to Equality for All Foundation represents a broader commitment, a deeper reach, and the same promise to serve with purpose.
Same fight. Bigger vision.
#EqualityForAll #EveryIdentity #EveryVoice
Growth isn’t about doing more for the sake of it.
It’s about accountability.
To our communities. To the realities they face. To the future generations who deserve systems built with inclusion at their core.
Expansion is responsibility in action.
#EqualityForAll#EveryIdentity #EveryVoice
Communities grow. Responsibility.
What started with a focused mandate evolved alongside the people we serve. As needs changed, so did the work - reaching beyond HIV services into human rights, wellness, advocacy, and empowerment.
Because real impact means meeting people where they are.
#EqualityForAll #EveryIdentity #EveryVoice
Every voice matters. Every identity belongs! 🌈
This Pride Month, we celebrate the diversity, resilience, and strength of our communities. We honour those who came before us, those continuing the work today, and those still finding the courage to live openly and authentically.
A more equal future is built when everyone has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and valued.
Happy International Pride Month. 🌈

Our work has always gone beyond a single acronym. 🌈
For years, the mission was bigger than the name, and now, the name better reflects the full scope of our advocacy, impact, and community.
Equality for All Foundation Limited represents a broader vision for justice, inclusion, health, and human rights across Jamaica.
Same fight. Bigger vision!

Beyond a name. Beyond a legacy. 🌈
For years, many have known us as J-FLAG. Today, we continue that legacy with a clearer reflection of who we are and the full breadth of the communities we serve as Equality for All Foundation Limited.
This brand refresh is a reinforcement of our growth, our advocacy, and our commitment to justice, health, inclusion, and every identity across Jamaica.
Rooted in community. Clearer in purpose.
More than a name. A clearer promise.

More Than A Name - Part 2 🌈
The conversation continues as we dive deeper into identity, visibility, and what Equality for All truly means in today’s Jamaica.
This is more than a campaign. It’s a reflection of our growth, our community, and our continued commitment to every identity and every voice.
Watch now. Stay tuned. The story continues. ✨
#BeyondJFLAG #EqualityForAll #EveryIdentity #EveryVoice
More Than A Name - Part 1
We began with a name that reflected what was visible and urgent at the time. J-FLAG - The Jamaica Forum for Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays - emerged in response to a reality that demanded immediate advocacy, protection, and voice. In those early years, the mandate was clear: to respond to need as it presented itself.
“At that time, J-FLAG spoke to what was visible and urgent…”
But the community was always broader than language could contain. As language evolves, so too does responsibility, and today, that work continues under Equality For All Foundation Limited, carrying forward the same commitment with a wider lens and a deeper reach.
Watch Part 2 NOW at the next reel!
#EqualityForAll #EveryIdentity #EveryVoice
Beyond J-FLAG. Equality For All. Every Identity. Every Voice. 🌈
Today, we officially launch our national brand refresh campaign - a larger, more public reinforcement of who we are, the communities we serve, and the work we continue to lead across Jamaica.
While J-FLAG remains deeply recognized, Equality for All Foundation Limited reflects the full breadth of our advocacy, services, and commitment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, and queer Jamaicans.
This campaign is about clarity, visibility, and growth. Through storytelling, community voices, and digital activations, we’re strengthening public understanding of our mission and reaffirming our commitment to equality for all.
This is not a departure from our history. It is an evolution of it.
Stay tuned to our social media platforms over the next two weeks as we officially roll out the digital launch campaign and continue the conversation around identity, inclusion, and representation in Jamaica.

From the Director’s Desk with Glenroy Murray ✍🏽🌍
In this month’s reflection, Glenroy Murray highlights the urgent realities of climate change and its disproportionate impact on queer Jamaicans - from housing instability and displacement to the need for safer, more inclusive disaster response systems.
As hurricane season approaches, EFAF continues its commitment to strengthening community resilience through relief support, infrastructural repairs, mental health services, and climate advocacy that leaves no one behind. 💚
