As part of the Corporate Wellness Program, and in partnership with Fawzia Sultan Healthcare Network (FSHN), EQUATE hosted two engaging webinar sessions focused on coping with stress and anxiety, as well as supporting our children through uncertain times. The aim was to empower our team and their families, share practical strategies, and reinforce our dedication to building a resilient and healthy community together.
