Just like @pendle_fi has @boros_fi, we have something of our own at EQUENCY.
we call it ORION.
and honestly, we've probably been building toward this for a while without actually giving it a name.
so yeah, it's finally time.
Project ORION.
We started thinking...
what if every new market could have its own Mind?
something that actually knows what it's looking at.
researches it.
keeps the context.
remembers what happened.
connects new evidence with the old stuff.
and keeps building its thesis as the market evolves.
that's basically what ORION is.
the Intelligence Core framework, expanding into new markets.

oh yeah, we never really told you WHY we built these 4 phases in the first place.
it wasn't just:
“let's add more assets.”
the more we built EQUENCY, the more we kept running into the same problem.
every new market has its own context, its own data, its own weirdness.
but we're still trying to understand all of them with the same generic tools.
that didn't really make sense to us.
Phase 01 is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet.
and you can already see the first Intelligence Core and Minds in action.

the idea is pretty simple.
when a stock moves onchain, EQUENCY doesn't just look at the token.
it connects the company with its onchain representation and builds a Mind around both sides.
company data.
market data.
filings.
onchain activity.
news & events.
all building into one evolving thesis.
this is just Phase 01.
we've already been building the next Cores behind the scenes, and they'll be making their way onto the website soon.
the network is just getting started.
Phase 01 is no longer just a roadmap idea.
We've been heads down building it.
The goal is simple:
When a stock moves onchain, its Intelligence Core and Mind shouldn't have to choose between understanding the company or understanding its token.
It should understand both.
We're building the Core Mind to discover newly tokenized stocks, connect the underlying company with its onchain representation, research the relevant data, and keep that context together over time.
Company data.
Market data.
SEC filings.
Onchain activity.
News & events.
One evolving thesis.
The latest build is already bringing those pieces together inside EQUENCY.
We're in the final push before this goes onto the website.
The company.
Its token.
One Core.
Phase 01 is almost here.
phase 04 is almost done 👀
Newly Tokenized Commodities.
been putting this one together and it's getting pretty close to being ready for the website.
commodities are a little different tho.
gold, oil, silver... the price is only one part of the story.
supply, demand, production, geopolitics, macro stuff, onchain activity...
there's a lot happening underneath.
so we're building a Mind that can actually keep track of that context instead of just looking at the token price.
Commodities don't move because of charts alone.
Gold, oil, silver, and other real-world assets are shaped by things happening far outside the market itself.
Supply.
Demand.
Production.
Trade flows.
Geopolitics.
Macroeconomic conditions.
And increasingly, onchain liquidity.
When these assets become tokenized, the market gets a new layer to understand.
EQUENCY's Commodity Intelligence Core is designed to connect those layers.
It can bring together commodity fundamentals, real-world events, supply & demand dynamics, onchain market activity, and the evolving narrative around the asset.
The goal isn't to treat a commodity token like just another crypto asset.
It's to understand the underlying asset and the market built around its tokenized form.
Observe what changes.
Research what matters.
Remember the evidence.
Understand the relationship.
Then let the thesis evolve.
This is Phase 04 of the EQUENCY roadmap.
From traditional assets to onchain markets.
Every new market gets a Mind.
phase 03 is almost done 👀
Private / Pre-IPO Mind.
been putting this one together for a while now and it's getting pretty close to being ready for the website.
the idea is pretty simple:
by the time a company goes public, its story has already been unfolding for years.
funding rounds, new products, partnerships, key people, competitors... there's so much happening before the ticker even exists.
so why should the intelligence start from zero when the company finally goes public?
that's what we're building with the Private / Pre-IPO Mind.
something that can follow the company early, keep the context, and keep building its understanding as the story develops.
By the time a company goes public, its story has already been unfolding for years.
Funding rounds.
New products.
Key hires.
Strategic partnerships.
Competitive positioning.
Private market developments.
Most of that journey happens before the ticker exists.
EQUENCY's Private / Pre-IPO Intelligence Core is designed to follow that journey.
By connecting available company information, industry developments, and relevant market signals, a Core builds an evolving understanding of a company while it is still private.
Not just what the company is today, but how it is developing, what is changing, and what new evidence means for its thesis.
And when the company eventually transitions from private to public, its story doesn't have to start from zero.
The Mind evolves with the company.
PRIVATE → PRE-IPO → IPO → PUBLIC.
This is Phase 03 of the EQUENCY roadmap.
Intelligence before the public market.
ngl this is exactly why i've been thinking about the idea of giving newly public companies their own Mind
imagine SpaceX having one from day one
just constantly researching, connecting dots, remembering what happened and updating its thesis as the company evolves
not just “SPACEX + stock price go up”
there's way too much happening behind the ticker
that's the whole idea behind EQUENCY
every newly public company gets a Mind

Something has been taking shape behind the roadmap.
We've been quietly building Phase 02.
Stock-paired tokens create an interesting problem:
there are two markets,
two sets of data,
and one relationship connecting them.
That's where Pair Core comes in.
An Intelligence Core and Mind designed to understand both sides:
the underlying stock,
and the token trading onchain.
Not just tracking two prices.
Pair Core is being built to connect market data, onchain activity, liquidity, volume, and the relationship between both assets, while continuously building context around the pair.
One asset.
Two markets.
One Mind.
The first build is already reading real Robinhood Chain data, detecting qualifying stock-paired launches, and bringing that intelligence into the EQUENCY app.
A stock-paired token creates something interesting:
One company.
Two markets.
Two sets of market data.
One relationship to understand.
EQUENCY gives that relationship its own Intelligence Core.
Instead of looking at the underlying stock and the onchain token separately, the Core connects both sides:
→ Stock price & fundamentals
→ Token price & onchain activity
→ Volume & liquidity
→ Market correlation
→ News & narrative
→ Divergences between both markets
This makes it possible to understand not only what each market is doing, but how they move relative to each other.
When the relationship changes, the thesis can change with it.
That's the idea behind Stock-Paired Tokens.
One asset.
Two markets.
One Mind.
EQUENCY — building intelligence for markets as they emerge.

One Core.
Phase 01 is almost here.
Real-world stocks are moving onchain.
But tokenizing an asset doesn't automatically make it easier to understand.
That's where EQUENCY comes in.
With Newly Tokenized Stocks, EQUENCY brings the Intelligence Core framework to stocks as they enter onchain markets.
The Core connects the underlying company with its new onchain environment:
→ Company fundamentals
→ Market data
→ News & events
→ Onchain activity
→ Evolving thesis
So the asset isn't treated as just another token to trade.
EQUENCY keeps the context around it.
As the company changes, the market changes, and new information appears, the Intelligence Core can build on what it already knows rather than starting from zero.
Real-world asset.
Onchain market.
One continuous intelligence layer.
This is Phase 01 of the EQUENCY roadmap.

Every new market gets a Mind.
Our roadmap expands the Intelligence Core framework across four emerging markets:
01 — Newly Tokenized Stocks
Intelligence that connects the underlying company with its onchain representation.
02 — Stock-Paired Tokens
One asset. Two markets. One Mind.
Understanding the relationship between the underlying stock and its onchain market.
03 — Private / Pre-IPO
Intelligence before the public market exists, allowing a Core to evolve with a company from private → pre-IPO → IPO → public.
04 — Newly Tokenized Commodities
Extending the same intelligence layer to emerging tokenized commodity markets and their underlying real-world markets.
The goal isn't to build four separate products.
It's to build one Intelligence Core framework that can expand wherever new markets emerge.

Intelligence before the public market.
Introducing Ondo Private Markets.
Tokenized exposure to industry-defining private companies, with 24/7 trading.
The first market is now live.
As leading companies stay private longer, retail investors miss out on some of the largest wealth-creation opportunities. Even with access, investors may have to wait years to sell.
Ondo Private Markets changes that, giving eligible investors exposure to leading companies before they go public.
Investors can trade permissionlessly on a secondary order book 24/7, entering, exiting, or adjusting their exposure before an IPO.
Starting with AI, Ondo Private Markets offers exposure to leading companies in robotics, cybersecurity, biotech, infrastructure, and more.
The first market is just the beginning. Ondo is building toward the broadest selection of private-company exposures onchain and the most liquid market for trading them.

EQUENCY is building an intelligence network for the markets of tomorrow.
Tokenizing an asset brings it onchain. But understanding what drives it is a different challenge.
That's why we want to give every emerging market its own Intelligence Core.
→ Newly tokenized stocks need intelligence that connects company fundamentals with onchain activity.
→ Stock-paired tokens need a Mind that understands the relationship between two markets, not just one.
→ Private & Pre-IPO companies need intelligence that follows their story before a public ticker even exists.
→ Tokenized commodities need context beyond price: supply, demand, production, geopolitics, and real-world events.
Different assets. Different dynamics. One common need: intelligence that goes beyond surface-level data.
EQUENCY is building toward a network of persistent Minds that research, remember, connect evidence, and evolve their understanding as markets change.
Not just more assets to analyze.
A Mind for every new market.
EQUENCY starts with newly public companies.

4.57M $EQUENCY burned.
But the important part isn't just the number.
The burn is connected to the activity happening inside EQUENCY.
As users interact with the protocol, especially through the EQUENCY Vault, the protocol generates revenue through its fees.
That revenue creates the economic flow:
Protocol Usage
→ Revenue
→ $EQUENCY Buyback
→ $EQUENCY Burn
→ Reduced Supply
The goal is to connect token value directly to the growth and usage of the ecosystem.
As EQUENCY puts intelligence behind capital, the protocol isn't designed to rely purely on speculation around the token.
More usage can generate more protocol revenue.
Protocol revenue can be used for $EQUENCY buybacks.
Purchased tokens are then permanently removed from circulation.
4.57M $EQUENCY have now been burned.
And as the Intelligence layer, Strategy layer, and Vault ecosystem continue to grow, this economic loop becomes increasingly important.
Product usage → Revenue → Buyback → Burn.
That's the EQUENCY loop.
EQUENCY Vault is LIVE on Robinhood Chain Mainnet.
Proof it’s already working on-chain:
https://t.co/bL1EfsAWHW
This is the first step toward putting intelligence behind capital.
The EQUENCY Vault lets users:
→ Deposit USDG
→ Choose a strategy
→ Allocate capital
→ Monitor portfolio performance
The Intelligence Core provides the research.
The Strategy translates intelligence into allocation.
The Vault puts the capital to work.
No simulated demo.
No future promise.
The Vault is deployed and operating on Robinhood Chain Mainnet.
