@joinkuda It's been about 2 months since I had a declined transaction on a POS machine with my Kuda card. I reported on the self help portal and got 'In Review'. Still no response till now.

This is so disconcerting. Nobody gave us any reasonable explanation for our missing bags. Hubby @PrinceHenryH and I have our plans in shambles because of the content of those bags.
