🚨 BREAKING: ICE agents in Minneapolis are seen arresting another teenager without verifying his identity first, and admit to it on camera.

In the video, the teenager calmly tells agents he can go inside and get his ID to prove who he is. The agents refuse. Instead, they say they’ll “take pictures at HQ”… and then force him into their SUV anyway.

That is deeply alarming.

Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people first and figure out who they are later without lawful justification.

Detaining someone without verifying identity, without probable cause, and without allowing them to present ID raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns.

You cannot seize a person just to “check” who they are.

This also mirrors what DHS has now openly admitted: that people are being detained first and sorted out later based on suspicion alone.

That means innocent people, minors, and U.S. citizens are being taken into custody without verification, without charges, and without due process.

If the government can forcibly detain someone simply to identify them, that is not law enforcement… that is unlawful detention.

🚨BREAKING: Once again, ICE agents are admitting, on camera, that Renee Good was not shot in self-defense.

In the video, a U.S. citizen is driving when he sees ICE agents.

He stops his car, exits, and begins blowing a whistle… a lawful act protected by the First Amendment.

An agent approaches him. The man backs away, does not interfere, does not block agents, and does not make physical contact.

Despite this, the agent says:

“Do you think this is a big game? Is this a game to you guys? That’s why that lady got hurt the other day.”

That statement matters.

The agent is threatening a U.S. citizen with lethal force for protected speech.

That is illegal.

Law enforcement cannot threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against civilians for exercising First Amendment rights.

He said this to a man who was unarmed, on foot, and not posing any immediate threat.

By the agent’s own words, Renee Good was not shot because of self-defense, but because she was drawing attention to ICE’s presence. That is not a lawful justification for using deadly force.

This video shows constitutional violations in real time:

I don’t know how many more videos need to come out before accountability happens. When federal agents threaten to kill Americans for making noise, the law has already been broken… and the Constitution is being treated as optional.

🚨Dear Residents & those on the ground in Minneapolis,

There is a rumor that TONIGHT there might be increased enforcement.

Which is especially alarming since…

DHS just told ICE officers… in a tweet… that they have “federal immunity,” and that anyone who touches them, records them, interferes, or “obstructs” them is committing a felony.

They went further, threatening city officials, state officials, and civilians with prosecution for “conspiracy” or “insurrection.”

Let’s break this down.

For weeks, we’ve watched ICE:

• stop people without verifying identity
• detain U.S. citizens
• lie about the legal basis for stops
• escalate force first, then justify it later
• shoot someone and immediately claim “self-defense,” even when video contradicts it

And now… right as there are talks of possible increased enforcement and arrests tonight… DHS issues a blanket message telling agents they’re untouchable.

That’s not reassurance. That’s pre-emptive cover.

There is no law that gives ICE blanket immunity. Obstruction has a legal definition. Recording law enforcement is protected. States and cities do not lose their authority because DHS says so in a tweet. Saying otherwise is intimidation, not law.

When the government starts telling armed agents they can’t be questioned, stopped, or held accountable… while carrying out a possible enforcement surge… that’s not about safety.

That’s about silencing witnesses before something happens.

This is exactly how abuses get normalized: escalate force, control the narrative, criminalize anyone who gets in the way, then dare the public to challenge it.

If nothing was about to go wrong, they wouldn’t need to say this out loud.
