It's not limited to the artwork, but the collectability of ERGnomes also comes to the traits: different tribes, races etc

The assets as well, which determine how rare a NFT is (i.e. full matching vs mismatching traits) are confusing to read now, making it harder for new and old holders to check a gnome's matches/mismatches

Another thing that makes them unique is their description, which is very confusing to read as it is displayed now

The way metadata is shown now on the AH makes them look very shabby, ruining their image in the eyes of newbies

Finally, your statements already rules out any extra utility that could be implemented in the future, removing that versatility that metadata should provide to a NFT

For the reasons above, I think the current way older NFTs are being treated is quite sad, ruining something that actually brought many eyes on the Ergo NFT scene
