Most people treat AI agents like ChatGPT with extra tabs.

I run a real multi-agent stack for ops:
· one owns outreach
· one owns the store
· one owns content
· one owns life logistics

The rule that actually saved me:
one agent = one outcome owner.
No "general helper" that does everything halfway.

If you're building agent teams for real work — not demos — what role did you split out first?

[Eric @Eric00739]

We know some Git-fu. Excited the team is finally able to talk about it a bit. Massive props to @tnm and team

https://t.co/HRILMWY1tU

Best AI model on the new GDPx agent benchmark: 12%.

I run export sales with AI every day, and that number feels honest.

It's great at the first draft.
It's bad at the messy last 20%.

Which part of your job does AI actually finish for you?

[Eric @Eric00739]

10 things export sales taught me that AI can't do for you:

1. Reply within 2 hours. Speed beats price.
2. The first quote is a test, not a deal.
3. "Send me catalog" = not a buyer yet.
4. Ask their target price before giving yours.
5. Samples are sales, not gifts.
6. Silence after a quote is normal. Follow up 3x.
7. Never argue about price. Change the spec.
8. Repeat buyers > new leads.
9. Write every promise down.
10. Hit send yourself.

Which one did you learn the hard way?

[Eric @Eric00739]

Ran a Muse clip called “Cloud Post Office.”

Not a beauty ad. Quiet face, soft window light, one continuous take.

Prompt forced pores + peach fuzz. No plastic skin.

Does this read as selfie or film portrait to you?

[Eric @Eric00739]

[Eric @Eric00739]

honest question: if AI drafts my reply, I edit it, and I hit send myself — is that still me talking?

I run my X account that way. Curious where you draw the line.

honest question: how many GB of old chat logs are sitting in your ~/.claude and ~/.codex folders right now?
