@gocougs123@TigersAthletics I doubt Memphis or Tulane would leave the AAC just for a piece of that CW media payout that Pac-2 has. The move would have to make financial sense.
@pnwconservative On the flip side of that coin, think of all the children ICE agents have rescued from being trafficked across the border by an adult, who really wasn't their biological parent. π€
@Ch_JesusChrist I was curious as to how The Church of LDS felt about this show. It seems rather exploitative. Just wondering what the Church thought. π€
@BarstoolWazzu When was WSU projected to be anything in The MWC, especially since Washington State is not even in MWC?? Are you hinting at something that has yet to happen?
@OS_Beaver I'm not sure why people actually think Memphis and Tulane would leave AAC, to go to Pac-12. The only way would be if the media deal was so Huge, to cover travel expenses. I don't think it would make financial sense for Tulane/ Memphis to go to Pac-12. Just sayin...
@TheSportsCarGuy@gocougs123 Exactly π―. Until these MWC officially leave The MWC, they are not officially joining The Pac-12. It's putting the cart before the horse, don't ya think? π€
@TheSportsCarGuy@gocougs123 Will Boise State be in The Pac-12 Conference in 2026? How do you know that? There are only 2 schools in The Pac-12, Oregon State and Washington State. No other school has officially agreed to join the Pac-12. You realize this, right?
@LibertyCappy The entire concept of Tipping is a US culture thing, something you don't see abroad. We have Tipping in The United States because food service employees are paid below living wages.
@gocougs123 I think the biggest concern for next seasons football team would be what Conference WSU lands in, either Pac-12 or MWC. The actual games are on the CW network, so most people won't be able to watch-- so who knows. π
@BADatpokeman@BoozeCougs@gocougs123@wilnerhotline I wish for the best outcome for Washington State, especially after nearly 10 years of poor leadership and neglect. Pac-12 & MWC mediation begins in few weeks, so we'll see what's next. π¬
@hmbeav8404@pac12 It's not as simple as just adding Texas State. Pac-12 Conference has a dollar amount they need to aim for on a Media Deal Contract, in order to entice other schools to join the Pac-12. Ultimately it is the TV Networks that decide how much they'll pay $$, and for which schools
@BoozeCougs@gocougs123@wilnerhotline Utah averages over 50K fans per home game, with stadium capacity of 51k. Washington State has a stadium capacity of 33K, and averaged around 28K attendance per home game before Pac-12 collapse... That's a BIG part of why Utah is in Big-12 Conference and not WSU...Just sayin
