Republicans who've relocated to Idaho from 'COW' states (California, Oregon, Washington) are shaking up an establishment GOP that's long operated like a good ol' boys club.

The establishment will vilify these 'COW' Republicans for one simple reason: they're actually more conservative — and that's a direct threat to entrenched power.

If Idaho wants to be the 'Florida of the West' and lead the nation in conservative policy, it'll be the resettled newcomers driving that charge — not an establishment content to keep the status quo and cede ground to the left.
