@HunterBoots @verygaypaint @OutRightIntl I’ve already been in touch with customer care. The best I was offered was 30% off some new full-price boots. Given how expensive these are, I don’t think that’s good enough. I’d followed all the care instructions from @HunterBoots. Even cheap wellies don’t go like this.
