@cvspharmacy Now it’s costing me $260+/- to go with a non covered brand name vs generic because I can’t contact my doctor on the weekend. I’ll call on Monday to see if CVS can reimburse considering this problem only exists because of bad info provided by CVS on multiple occasions.

I’d like to thank the @cvspharmacy automated system for telling me my Rx would be filled on Wednesday when it was received, then the next day telling me they were out of stock and it was being delivered on Friday night, and now on Saturday telling me it will be filled on Tuesday.

@cvspharmacy It’s at New Britain Ave/Newington Rd in West Hartford, CT. But it’s the automated system, not the store that’s the problem, so it doesn’t matter where I fill it. The tech at the store was helpful in explaining the problem with the system when I spoke with him.

It’s especially convenient because now I’ve ran out of my Rx but it’s a Saturday so I can’t call my doctor to get it filled elsewhere so I’ll definitely be without meds for 3 days. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

My daughter and I both got food poisoning on Sunday. Long, gross story for another day. Today, she’s 100% better and I can still barely move. Kids really do bounce back fast, huh? #HappyValentinesDay
