Yes, the filibuster can make legislating difficult.
But it doesn’t give Senate Republicans an excuse to give up on the SAVE America Act just because there aren’t currently 60 votes for the bill.
We should return to it immediately—and stay on it until it passes.
WHY THE HELL AM I PAYING TAXES TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT:
>CANNOT DEFUND THE TALBAN
>CANNOT SECURE OUR ELECTIONS
>CANNOT BALANCE A BUDGET
>CANNOT READ THE BILLS THEY VOTE ON
>CANNOT PASS TERM LIMITS
>CANNOT PASS DOGE CUTS
WHY ARE WE PAYING TAXES?!!!!!!
John Thune, the LEADER of the Senate, has a wife AND a daughter who are Democrats.
Let's face it: he's a Democrat too.
GOP Senators were SUCKERED into voting for him, or they are Democrats too.
South Dakota voters are irate that Senate Majority Leader Thune REFUSES to pass the SAVE America Act.
This is coupled by the fact that he won’t remove the parliamentarian.

@RepTedLieu Oh no, we get it, pal. You count until you win.
That's why you defy the super majority that wants the Save America Act. You'll lose with 1 vote per citizen.
California is showing, in real time, why Rep. Roy’s SAVE America Act is needed.
The House has passed it THREE times. The Senate needs to act and get it done.
