The Anabolic Response To Protein Intake Has NO Upper Limit
Consuming 100g of protein vs 25g/0g leads to a:
-Greater increase in plasma amino acid levels
-Greater muscle protein synthesis
-Greater net balance in whole-body protein metabolism
There seem to be three main buckets of leadership. Personal leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. The first is likely the most important and overlooked because it deals with your own actions and how you interact with the world. It is the lever of leadership.

Often a mistake I make with productivity is I try to force it. If it's not hitting, pivot and find something else. Use a Pomodoro timer. If you can't get in a groove after a cycle, do something else - even if it's lower priority. If you find flow, roll with it and repeat.
