Publicly posting someone’s photos and car number plate online & after the person reports death threats is an expensive joke @LuckyIbnMiraj, it’s a threatening context known as “Doxxing” & under Belgian law, it's a crime and it violates Belgian privacy laws. If harm follows, so does legal responsibility.

From Kagame’s regime it is normal using propagandists and operatives abroad to intimidate, harass, and silence critics - even in Europe. It’s textbook transnational repression. The goal: fear. The method: exposure, threats, and surveillance.

You may have entered Europe on a Schengen visa. Using that access to gather info or threaten exiles isn’t just unethical - it could lead to visa bans, investigations, and exposure. Belgium should take this seriously.
