@GHoundBusHelp That is the #lamest excuse for avoiding doing the right thing. You can be sure I WILL continue to waste my time with your sorry company when this bus ride eventually ends...now and hour (and counting) late on arrival.
@GHoundBusHelp We just spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service after being kicked out into a snowstorm to wait for a late bus. Your company suggested we contact the local bus depot to settle our grievances. Would like a full refund on our tix and 2 hours of my life back
