@feeltherein Look at the backlash you have in NY, CA and other cities as Governors simply shut down peoples businesses without any input from the legislature.

This is not our system of government. Governors do not get to simply announce laws without any checks and balances.

The voting process is in question because days and weeks after the election the votes weren't counted. Web cams cost $18.00 on eBay, are you telling me every work station couldn't be remotely monitored by both D & R & I poll watchers? Instead they had a 50 ft set back.

Perfectly legal when done by the legislature as prescribed in Article VII s14. Not so much when done by the courts.

The PA Supreme Court extended the deadline to accept ballots on September 8, 2020

The state of Texas is challenging four other state certifications based on the fact that in each of those states, the State Supreme Courts changed election law and not the legislature as required in the State Constitutions.

Aren't urban children, children of color, in fact the most likely to not have the resources to thrive in a remote learning environment?

@CTULocal1 No, it is rooted in the fact that many (not all) children under 12 need to build social skills and are not equipped mentally or emotionally to thrive in a remote learning environment.
