@thecoldplunge The response time is pretty rough for support. The unit is getting an “OR” error. All setup instructions were followed. The documentation for troubleshooting states this is a physical repair. After 1 week of use… the support team requested pics, I sent all those over today.
@Echo_H2_Water @Garybrecka1 I appreciate that. We will send back the faulty unit. I just don’t understand why it took so long to get a resolution. Thanks for making it right.
@Echo_H2_Water $1000 for a water pitcher that does NOT function. Still trying to simply return… pretty poor experience all together and still have yet to get a product that works.
@Echo_H2_Water @Garybrecka1 please stop endorsing this product. I listened to your podcast and purchased the go, that worked fine. We then purchased the pitcher and it showed up dead on arrival. We keep getting the run around with the support folks. Too expensive for this experience…
@Echo_H2_Water This is such a scam… we have an email going with your support right now. We paid $700 for a water pitcher that has never worked. Just tell us where to send this thing back to. Keep our money and send us a unit that work!
My friend took a company to $100Million in revenue and profitability w/o VC funding.
I sat with him to learn how to do the same; here's what he told me:
@bridgegroupinc It’s been almost 5 years that I’ve been evangelizing the SDR playbook to my staff. I’m still learning from it every time I pick it up. Great work!
I am so new to this concept of branding and the underlying tech in general. But, I already love it! Great job Gavin!
