@clubwyndham Do not stay at Sea Gardens in Pompano Beach. Walls paper thin. Shared balcony. Gnats all over my room. HIGH pressure to go to sales presentation. Literally walked away until my keys were made. Would not take multiple No’s.
@McDonalds no cream or sugar for coffee but I get all these condiments I didn’t ask for or use. Ketchup? I didn’t even order fries. Such a waste of $ and sad for the environment.
Now AON is telling me Princess is telling them I did not have any cancellation fees...however..Princess sent me a cancellation notice clearly stating a $200 cancellation fee.

@PrincessCruises ** DO NOT BUY PRINCESS TRAVEL PROTECTION** Second time I have been screwed. I have Platinum Protection...but will not honor the cancel for any reason for which I am supposed to get my dep. back as FCD. And I am cancelling 5 months in advance, not last minute.
They keep telling me to contact insurance co which they won't help because it clearly states on Princess website...Cancel for any Reason1

@XuanDan40357466 @PrincessCruises I had Princess Platinum Insurance. Never paid me correctly…didn’t reimburse deposit, only refunded 75% of Princess EZ Air. After a couple weeks I gave up. Princess has knocked me down so much I just gave up $500.
@PrincessCruises Casino Dept continualy has the worst!! customer service. There was a mix up with one of many free play offers...I AM GETTING CHARGED $200 to rebook with a promo that works. NOTHING else changed...still cruising...same cruise etc. That is terrible service.

NE1 I’ve spoken w/ doesn’t have empowerment to solve any issue, literally was told that from customer relations on the phone. Give up & sail another line.

I am a travel agent and a Casino VIP (according to you guys). Been on 8 cruises in 2 years...3 more booked...I am using my remaining comps and not gambling a penny on-board and not sailing again on Princess.
