This is Kayla. Yes she has Downs Syndrome. Her mom Amy is a colleague of mine. This photo is from 2015 when our families were both on a work trip in Maui. She came up to me and my hubby in the hotel coffee shop and asked if I wanted her autograph because she would be a star one day. Even back then she was so spunky and precious and so I obliged. We knew she was so special. She just made you smile. 😊
A decade later she was Miss Delaware Teen, she’s a college cheerleader, she thrives and loves things most teen girls love. Her parents worked so hard to give her a normal life and help her thrive. They put the work in and are amazing people. Kayla is just getting started leaving her mark on the world. Charity work, acting, GAP model, she just loves life. I shudder to think of a world without Kayla. I think her quote in the last photo from @LiveAction sums up Kayla. #chooselife #downssyndrome
This was an amazing speech! So spot on and real. I have got to watch her show and follow her more. I’m ashamed to say I’m late to the @DLoesch party! 🤦🏻♀️
Happy Sunday!
Full remarks from yesterday’s
@TPUSA Young Women’s Leadership Summit.
So many women edified by this wonderful event. Thank you for having me.

Mormonism was based on the belief that the Apostles’ Creed is an abomination to God.
Joseph Smith said this is what God told him.
Yet they want to be called “Christian.”
Come out of Mormonism and come to Jesus.
Mormons are strong family oriented people.
Mormons are generous people.
Mormons are often nice and loving people.
Mormons, however, are not Christians.
Mormons are often very personally offended when Christians say that Mormonism isn’t Christian. This is dumb.
Joseph Smith’s first “encounter” with God involves God telling Smith that every creed Christians profess is an abomination to God.
Every creed.
That includes the Nicene Creed. They reject who God is, who Jesus is, the nature of salvation, the nature of exaltation, the clear teaching of Scripture, etc..
Mormonism rejects the very core of the Christian faith in all its essentials. Joseph Smith knew this but nowadays they are playing mind games with their own people and with real Christians.
Either THEY are Christians or WE are. It’s one or the other. Not both.
When asked “Will all be damned but Mormons?” Smith replied, “Yes, and a great portion of them unless they repent and work righteousness” (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, pg. 119)
The Doctrine and Covenants (1:30) leaves no doubt to the Mormon teaching of exclusivity when it says the LDS Church is “the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth, with which I, the Lord, am well pleased ….”
Brigham Young, second only to Joseph Smith in Mormonism said…
“Should you ask why we differ from other Christians, as they are called, it is simply because they are not Christians as the New Testament defines Christianity” (Journal of Discourses 10:230).
“The Christian world, so-called, are heathens as to the knowledge of the salvation of God” (Journal of Discourses 8:171).
I could easily give you pages of them saying they are the only true Christians and how we are all ignorant beasts and our doctrines are wrong. They knew at the time they had a different God, gospel, Scripture, and system of belief. But now it has become expedient to pretend otherwise while still preaching all those false and unchristian things.
Mormons, your leaders are gaslighting you and you are gaslighting us. You aren’t Christian but we want you to be. Flee from Mormonism. Flee from Joseph Smith.
I have. Joseph Smith (famous con man and grifter) believed and Mormon cult teaches that Jesus and Satan we’re brothers, we can all become gods and rule over our own planets, God was once a man, I could go on and on at the insane claims. That said- I find Mormon people to be some of the kindest sweetest people -and I know many Mormons. They are just incredibly misguided by a very good conman.
“When women take over a culture, men become weak. When men become weak, they can be conquered. They can be conquered. You’re watching that happen in this country. As more and more and more and more women ascend to power, more and more men become weaker and weaker and weaker, and the level of vulnerability just keeps escalating.” — John MacArthur

Just learned that the couple who aborted their baby for having Downs was a) documenting the story for weeks for clicks and b) has a disabled dog they've spent tons of $$ keeping alive. Anyone who pretends this is some morally gray issue rather that straight-up evil is either stupid or lying.
