@Dyson I reached out via email about a broken machine and was told it is under warranty. I sent photos and order info and then have received no response for over two months.
@Xfinity No service for a month. After repair the line was never buried. I’ve had a safety hazard laying in my yard for 3 months! Had to threaten to cancel my service to finally speak to a person. Asked for a credit for month I was without service. Denied. Line is still exposed.
