@McAfee_Help I also ran scans many times afterwards & all were clear. Please tell me the McAfee subscription I pay for would detect anything malicious?Unfortunately i learned that @McAfee safe site cannot be trusted and @McAfee wont listen to any new potential vulnerabilities.🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

@McAfee_Help I contacted McAfee tech support. I was told that I clicked on an ad not true.They did not offer any support other to remote in and have me go back to the site - um no 🤦🏻‍♀️. McAfee safe site recommend a site ✅that was not ok. That’s an issue and vulnerability for your customers.

Another disastrous week at #pcexpress Dufferin & Steeles location. Waiting 1 hour for my order, no one answers the phone. The staff is horrible. Not having a manager is not a reason for this horrible level of service. Not ok

@loblawco @RealCdnSS @PresChoice At your Dufferin and Steeles @RealCdnSS location this morning several customers were out of their cars shocked at how the phone wasn’t being answered. They were all waiting 45 minutes to an hour & this is becoming normal. No store manager was on duty ~ no one is accountable.

@loblawco Already done. I have been in regular DM contact with your RCSS social media team. It’s been many occasions that I’ve DM’d your @RealCdnSS and @PresChoice accounts and I’m told that my comments will be forwarded or I hear from a supervisor but it’s the same and now getting worse.

#heypc There is no store management on site to help fix these issues. This is impossible - your competitors do not have these problems and this level of service tells me you aren’t concerned about the customer or their time.
