A week ago they sent a vague notice about switching to a new payment portal w/ no timeline, no link, no instructions. Why send it at all? 🙄 Now I’m chasing them for clarity on how I’m supposed to pay June rent. FML. 🤦♀️
Just here to vent about the incompetent property management company I have to deal with. They keep adding new tenant apps & portals to “streamline”things but they have no fucking idea how to configure them properly. God I wish I could afford to buy a home in Toronto.
Does anyone else get multiple daily phone calls from @TELUS? Every. Damn. Day. I'm on the DNC list, STOP CALLING ME! How do I get my # removed? I'm no longer a Telus customer, and @TELUSsupport just sends me back to Koodo, who tried to help, but the calls won't stop!
The @Microsoft person just kept giving the toll-free numbers to call. Does Microsoft think its Canadian clients are going to sit on hold ALL DAY? Also: if it were me, I’d be shifting ALL my clients to Google based on this experience. Ridiculous. 😡2/2
Hubby has been trying to phone @Microsoft to support a client. Calling from Canadian number, he waited on hold for 4 hrs before giving up. Called from US Google line, call was answered immediately. Problem is, he needs to 3-way in the client which he can’t do from that line. 1/2

Why is petite is always sold out when there’s a sale, but magically replenished when sale is over? Why do some stores only sell petite sizes online (but always out of stock). Why do I have only like 2 colour options? I am so frustrated.
Canada Post can’t or won’t explain why my letters keep getting returned to me, despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with them. I guess all my cards will be digital from now on.
It would be nice if @canadaposthelps attempted to provide an explanation instead of assuming I’m incompetent and don’t know how to properly write an address on an envelop. There has to be another reason why my cards were all returned and it had nothing to do with me!
Super annoyed that I returned from vacation to find that @canadapostcorp returned the 3 condolences cards I mailed. Correct postage, right address, written perfectly legibly. Now I have to awkwardly resend these. All had a “moved/unknown” sticker. Ugh!!!
Mother in law keeps giving me attitude-just me, never her son-because we’re still renting. She’s so completely out of touch. Wants us to look at homes more than 90 mins from where we work. Yeah, no. I’m not going to be miserable just to own a home. Quality of life matters to me.
We’re moving out of Brampton this week after 10 years. I used to really love this city, but the way things have been going, leaving feels like the right move. Here’s hoping south Etobicoke treats us well. I’m looking forward to being close to the lake!
What can I do about agents coming for showings who don’t have appointments? The lockbox code is being shared amongst agents and they are coming at times that are restricted. Some of them are super pushy and insistent that I let them in. This is stressing me out.
Listing agent couldn’t respect the ONE day we asked them not to schedule showings. I just had to put a sign on the lockbox because I’ve been disturbed 4x today by agents trying to show the home.😡 Why they can’t wait for us to be out in a few days boggles my mind.
Decisions, decisions…Do we stay in north Brampton and suck up the crappy commute, or pay through the nose and give up 2/3rd of the space we have now to be closer to work?
