DNA is really so crazy. Have yâall heard that story about the woman who had a baby with her husband, but when he got a DNA test, it said he wasnât the father? The mother insisted he was the dad, so they repeated the test multiple times, and it kept saying the same thing. It later came out that, based on the DNA results, he wasnât the father⊠but the uncle of the child. Which made no sense because he was an only child. After more extensive testing, they discovered the husband was actually a chimera, meaning he had absorbed his twin in the womb and carried two sets of DNA. So basically⊠the baby was biologically his twin brotherâs child, even though he was the one who fathered it.
My cousinâs husband abused her for years. Whenever she told people she felt unsafe in her own house, they brushed it off saying âYouâre overthinking,â âDonât ruin your marriage,â âMen are like this,â âJust adjust.â So she stayed and kept trying to make it work. One night while she was asleep, he tried to suffocate her with a pillow. She woke up and realized what he was doing, and when he saw she was awake, he beat her badly. She ended up in the hospital with serious injuries. Thatâs when everyone suddenly had something to say: âShe should have left earlier,â âItâs her fault for staying so long.â But not one person shamed the man who did this to her. Society rarely holds men accountable, and thatâs the real problem. SOCIETY DOES NOT SHAME MEN ENOUGH. She eventually recovered physically, but years of abuse had already destroyed her mentally, and she later ended up in a psychiatric asylum. Teach your daughters that ending up alone is far better than ending up in a coffin.
