After 107 hours, my first playthrough of Shadow of the Erdtree is finished! Final boss I think took me around 7-8 hours. Solo'd and ran incantations only for the fight. It was incredible.

I found out the other day that you can get your eyeballs covered in the swamp goop in the Shaded Castle.
