ACB FIR (attached) clearly says that ORS packet of Rs 2.5 was bought at Rs 15. And Rs 50 lacs packets were purchased.

First , BJP said CM Rekha Gupta was the complainant, now many BJP leaning influencers like u are saying Health Secretary was the complainant.

However, The ACB FIR does not mention any of them as complainant. As Complaint name is always mentioned in FIRs, pls ask CM Rekha Gupta to clarify.

Secondly, why 100s of files related to tender are missing from Health Dept ?

Why was the main Mastermind Rajeev Rangeela not arrested and was allowed to flee to Germany ?
