"@AirFrance My bag was damaged on flight from Lagos 25 March. Reported at airport but only got claim ref on 2 April after chasing. Filed on 3rd but claim rejected for missing 7-day deadline. Updated portal & emailed CS — no reply. Please review my case C-11175894 . Thanks."

How is it that @SamsungUK makes and sells phones but their agents don't know how to pick up a phone to talk to their colleagues or to return a call to a customer?
Like I said, if you have an issue with you phone, take it to a shop. DO NOT SEND IT IN!
